The questions every affiliate asks.
- How is attribution tracked?
- Every prospect who clicks your tracking link sets a 90-day cookie on their browser. When they submit the consignment application, the cookie (or the live ?ref= query param) writes the attribution into our internal system. Last-click wins if a prospect clicked multiple affiliate links — simple and fair.
- What if a 3PL applies directly later — do I still get credit?
- If they clicked your link within the last 90 days, yes. After 90 days the cookie expires and a direct application has no attribution. Re-engaging dormant prospects is a use-case we explicitly support.
- Can I see who I've referred and what's accrued?
- Phase H.2 (shipping shortly) will give every active affiliate a tokenized dashboard URL — read-only view of referred partners, accrual to date, payout history. For now we keep you in the loop via email when a partner goes live and when a commission accrues.
- When do I get paid?
- We pay monthly, within 5 business days of collecting each statement payment from the partner. So if a partner pays on the 5th of February, you're paid by the 12th. Aggregated into one transfer per month per affiliate per payout method.
- Is there a minimum threshold or cap?
- No minimum — even a $30 commission goes out the next cycle. No cap either. As your referred partners scale, your commission scales with them.
- What does the 3PL pay me?
- Nothing. The commission comes out of our margin, not the partner's invoice. The partner pays the same rate whether they came in via referral or directly. That's intentional — we don't want price discrimination on the partner side.
- Can my commission rate be negotiated?
- Yes. The 5% default works for most affiliates. We negotiate 6–8% for channels with proven category authority (e.g. a dedicated 3PL directory with >50k monthly visitors) or where you commit to exclusive promotion. Talk to us.
- What if a referred 3PL churns?
- You earn while they're paying. If they leave the program, the commission stops on their next non-issued statement. Nothing clawed back.
