This Cookie Notice explains how cookies and similar browser storage technologies are used across the websites and customer portal operated under the commercial brand Synergy Packaging & Manufacturing. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device that lets the site remember information about your visit. Similar technologies — like localStorage, sessionStorage, and web beacons — work in comparable ways. This notice uses the word “cookies” to refer to all of them.
2. What we use, and why
Marketing site (www.synergypackaging.mx) — we keep this site intentionally light:
- Theme preference (localStorage) — a single entry,
synergy.theme, stores your choice of light or dark mode so the site doesn’t reset between visits. Set only when you click the theme toggle. - Hosting and security cookies — our hosting provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to route requests, prevent abuse, and keep the site available.
Customer portal (portal.synergypackaging.mx) and operating-system app (app.synergypackaging.mx) — additionally use:
- Authentication cookies — set after you log in, to keep you signed in across pages. These are strictly necessary to operate the portal and app.
- Preference storage — language, theme, and last-used filters on certain admin pages, stored locally for your convenience.
We do not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required by law.
3. Analytics
Where we use analytics tools in the future, we will disclose them here and offer a way to opt out where required.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time using your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block cookies by default or for specific sites. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the customer portal or operating-system app from working correctly.

We may update this Cookie Notice from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
