Extrusion

Blown-film extrusion engineered for the strength, gauge, and clarity your product actually needs — not what's on the shelf.

HOW WE RUN IT

Most off-the-shelf poly film is made for the median use case — generic gauge, generic blend, generic strength. The first capability of our plant is the ability to walk away from that average and blow film that's tuned to your product. Apparel doesn't need the same film as cosmetics; FBA-bound mailers don't need the same film as a luxury subscription box.

Our extrusion floor runs three single-screw lines, two of them with co-extrusion die heads for true 3-layer A/B/C films. Inline gauge monitoring, corona treatment, and continuous lot tracking from resin pellet to finished roll mean the spec we promise is the spec you receive, batch over batch.

WHAT WE ROUTINELY SOLVE

Real situations we run against.

You need a thinner mailer that still passes the carrier drop test

We can rebalance the layer fractions — thicker outer skin for puncture resistance, optimized middle for tear strength — to drop a gauge without losing the property that matters. The result: lower material cost per bag and lighter dim-weight without giving up reliability.

Your apparel is transferring print to the inside of the mailer

We can spec a smoother inner skin formulation that resists ink-on-fabric transfer, so the garment ships clean and the unboxing photo lands clean.

You're shipping electronics-grade content that needs anti-static

Our 2-layer black film F1-2LAY-BLK-IGN ships with a permanent anti-static inside liner. Validated; not a topical spray that washes off.

Compliance asked for FDA-compliant resin for indirect food contact

We source resin grades qualified for indirect contact and document the cert per lot. The food-service co-packer pulling an audit gets the answer in one PDF.

Your competitor's supplier substituted resin grades mid-program

We don't. Every lot ships with the resin cert it ran on, traced to the supplier lot. Substitutions don't happen without a documented spec change.

MATERIALS & CHEMISTRIES

What we run.

  • ·LDPE (low-density polyethylene) — the workhorse base resin
  • ·LLDPE (linear low-density) — added for tear and puncture resistance
  • ·HDPE blends for higher tensile strength applications
  • ·Anti-block, slip, and UV-stabilizer additives
  • ·Color masterbatch (Pantone-matchable in-house)
  • ·Anti-static masterbatch for electronics-grade film
  • ·Recycled-content blends (post-consumer or post-industrial) on request
  • ·FDA-compliant resin grades for indirect food contact
COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION

What we document.

  • Per-lot resin certificates available on demand (audit-ready)
  • FDA-compliant resin sourcing for indirect food contact
  • Recycled-content documentation (where used) for sustainability claims
  • Country-of-origin documentation for cross-border programs
