Your brand client revs the artwork mid-program
Send us the new PDF, we proof against the active SKU and quote the rev. Old bags either complete a known run-out window or get scrapped — your call, documented either way.
Component-grade supply for the operations that package what other brands sell — with the paperwork their auditors need.

You package on behalf of brands you don't own. The brand owner gives you a spec, your line runs it, and your reputation rides on the case landing at the brand owner's warehouse exactly the way the spec says it will. A packaging component that drifts mid-program is a phone call you don't want.
What you need from a poly supplier is consistency, documentation, and a supplier who treats a spec lock like a contract — not a starting point for substitutions.
If one of these reads like the conversation you had with your team last week, you're in the right place.

Every lot ships with the resin cert it ran on. The cert traces back to the resin lot from the supplier. There is no quiet substitution — and there is a paper trail when the auditor asks.
Custom runs are routine. Bring the dimensions, the gauge, the print spec and the volume. We quote it, you approve, the line runs it, the lot ships with documentation.
Often a gauge or film-stiffness mismatch with the bagger. We can sample alternative formulas, run them on a test lot, and confirm the right spec on YOUR line before locking the production order.
Smaller MOQs than overseas, faster setup change, and a stock catalog you can pull from while a custom run is being scheduled.
Every quote is built from scratch — but these are the products we end up specifying most often for this kind of buyer.
Custom-spec flat, gusseted, side-weld and bottom-weld pouches. Configured to your line and your brand client's specification.

See full specCo-packing schedules don't tolerate ambiguity. When the brand client moves a launch date, your supply chain has to move with it. A 60-day ocean lead means there's no "moving with it" — there's only "shipping late." Nearshore production restores the slack the original schedule never had.
