Conversion

Two converter lines that take printed film off the press and turn it into the finished, sealed, packed bag your warehouse expects.

7.8M bags / month

Poly mailer converter machine with finished mailers on the conveyor at the Synergy Tijuana plant
HOW WE RUN IT

Conversion is the last mile of the bag — the difference between a printed roll of film and a case of mailers ready to drop on your warehouse line. Two converter lines (M1 primary, M2 secondary) give us scheduling flexibility: long runs at high throughput on M1, fast-changeover small batches and specialty configs on M2.

Every common closure format — J-fold lip-and-tape, side-weld seal pouch, double seal strip for returns, vented warning bag, open-top kit bag — and packaging that lands at your dock the way your bagger / pick-station expects it. Case counts, palletization, and SKU labels configured per customer.

WHAT WE ROUTINELY SOLVE

Real situations we run against.

You need a double-seal-strip mailer for returns

Primary lip-and-tape for the outbound, a second strip for the customer to reseal on return. No extra envelope inside the box. Spec'd as a single line item on your quote.

Your warning bag spec requires vent holes

Standard pattern on all suffocation warning bags — the vent prevents the bag itself from being a hazard. Matches CPSC and Amazon FBA expectations exactly.

Your bagger is running at 90 bags/min and choking on stiff film

We can adjust the gauge or layer balance on the extrusion side AND tune the conversion seal so the finished bag has the right hand-feel for your line. Sample a test lot on YOUR bagger before locking the production order.

You want 200 bags per case with a SKU label on the long edge

Case counts and label position are configurable per SKU. Tell us what your warehouse expects and we'll match it.

A retail program needs a hanger hole or kit-bundling tab

Both are routine. Hanger holes punched inline; kit tabs welded as part of the conversion pass.

MATERIALS & CHEMISTRIES

What we run.

  • ·Self-seal adhesive (lip-and-tape) — standard pressure-sensitive
  • ·Second seal strip for return-friendly mailers
  • ·Hot-melt seam adhesive (where the design calls for it)
  • ·Case boxes — sized to bag dimension + case count
  • ·Pallets — sized to your warehouse layout (US 48×40, ISO 1200×1000, custom)
  • ·PE bag overwrap for case-level moisture protection
COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION

What we document.

  • FBA-compliant warning-bag conversion (1.5 mil minimum + vent holes + pre-printed warning)
  • Case + pallet labels per customer prep-center spec
  • Lot + batch trace per case (resin lot → film lot → converted bag lot)
  • Closure adhesive food-contact safe variants available
