Print is where a generic mailer becomes a brand experience. Our central-impression (CI) flexographic presses are configured for B2B run lengths — large enough to push pricing down, small enough that capsule drops and limited collabs aren't economically excluded.
Two presses, up to six colors per side, water-based and solvent-based inks, Pantone matching done in-house. Press-side proofing on a custom color match before the run starts means you don't ship the first ten thousand units without confirming the brand color reads right under your warehouse lights.

Real situations we run against.
You need to add a state-specific warning mid-run
Plate swap, rev the SKU, and we're back on press. The old run-out goes through as-is; the new bags carry the new warning. We document the lot cutover so a buyer asking which lot has which warning gets an exact answer.
You want to print the inside of the flap
Inside-flap print gives the unboxing a second beat — the customer opens the mailer and the brand greets them again. We can register inside-flap art alongside the outside print in the same pass.
You're reordering a SKU we already have plates for
No plate cost on the reorder — we keep your plates on file. The unit price reflects the savings. Same is true for color swaps within the same artwork frame.
Your spec calls for Amazon FBA barcode + warning + brand mark all on one face
Up to 6 colors per side accommodates all three with room to spare. Compliance copy, warning vent text, and the brand mark coexist without crowding.
