Engineered protective foam for fragile, rigid, heavy, and high-value products — the cushioning layer film and corrugate can't provide. Corner and edge protection, U-channels, custom-cut cavity inserts, sheets, planks, tubing and rods, fabricated to your product and your customer's drop and vibration spec — including ESD foam for the electronics that need anti-static protection as much as cushioning.
A full material range, including anti-static (ESD) foam for electronics and clean engineered cavity packs for medical devices and instruments: polyethylene (PE), anti-static PE, recycled PE, polyurethane (PU), expanded polystyrene (EPS), cross-linked XLPE, EPE and EVA.
Built for Baja's manufacturers and Southern California — produced in-country and USMCA duty-free, so the protective layer comes off the same nearshore line as your poly.
